Being present in your body and in the flow of life, there are so many gifts to receive! Through group and individual work, I support people in becoming more “fully embodied” and finding more ease, joy, acceptance, and freedom in their lives.
In groups, we use many forms of improvisation (sound, movement, words, body percussion, etc.) to dive below the mind, into the depths of creative expression in the physical-emotional body. This is great for clearing out stuck energy! The beauty of group work is in connecting with your own divinity and creativity and everyone else’s, for an experience of collective euphoria.
Individual sessions are also designed to help you unwind stuck energy that is limiting your choices and the degree of freedom in your life. As I work with your system, I use tools like sound, breath and touch to facilitate energy movement, and I deeply support you in developing the powerful presence and permission that you can give yourself for healing. Together, we cretae a safe, dynamic space for bound energy to be experienced, expressed and returned to flow, where it will support you in innumerable ways!
